Before we start

Register App in Azure AD
Create app registration and grant Mail, Calendar, and Mailbox.Settings API permissions with admin consent.
Configure OAuth Scopes
Enable Delegated and Application permissions for Mail.ReadWrite, Calendar.ReadWrite, and MailboxSettings.ReadWrite.
Set Shared Mailbox Access
Configure agent access to shared mailboxes with appropriate role assignments in Exchange admin center.
Connect via Secure Token
Generate OAuth refresh tokens and establish encrypted connection to OpenClaw platform.
