1. Scope
This policy covers personal and business information processed through our website, package recommendation forms, booking flow, onboarding, and support channels. It reflects UAE Personal Data Protection Law (PDPL) principles where applicable, including its scope for controllers and processors inside the UAE and those outside the UAE processing data subjects in the UAE.
2. Information We Collect
- Contact details: name, email, phone, emirate, and company details you submit.
- Service details: package choices, workflow goals, integration preferences, and project notes.
- Booking and billing data: selected package configuration, contact details, and billing metadata needed to start service delivery.
- Operational data: support messages, meeting notes, and delivery records.
- Technical data: basic browser/device metadata, page interactions, and anti-abuse logs.
- Access data you provide or authorize for setup, such as system access scopes, tokens, or credentials.
3. How We Use Information
- Evaluate fit and recommend a package.
- Deliver setup, security configuration, and support services.
- Send service updates, billing communications, and project documentation.
- Improve performance, reliability, and security of our operations.
- Meet legal, compliance, and audit obligations.
4. Legal Basis and Consent
We process information to perform a contract, respond to your requests, run legitimate business operations, or comply with legal requirements. Where required, we rely on consent and you may withdraw it for future processing. The PDPL generally requires consent unless an exception applies.
5. Sharing and Processors
We do not sell personal data. We share data only with trusted providers needed to deliver services, such as hosting, communications, analytics, and billing providers. Examples include payment processing (Stripe), communications (WhatsApp), analytics/measurement (DataFast and Google Ads conversion tracking), and infrastructure vendors. These providers are required to handle data securely and only for approved purposes.
6. AI and Connected Tools
When you request integrations, selected service data may pass through third-party platforms you approve (for example email, calendar, CRM, messaging, and model providers). Data handling in those systems follows their own terms and privacy policies, and you control which systems are connected.
7. International Transfers
Some providers may process data outside the UAE. When this happens, we use contractual and organizational safeguards appropriate to the data sensitivity and service context, consistent with PDPL transfer requirements.
8. Retention
We retain data only as long as needed for delivery, support, billing, security, and legal obligations. If you end services, we delete or anonymize non-required records within a commercially reasonable period unless law requires retention.
9. Security Controls
We apply least-privilege access, approval checkpoints, auditability where supported, and operational safeguards. No system is perfectly secure, but we continuously reduce risk through process and tooling controls.
10. Your Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, or portability of your personal data, and object to specific processing. You may also request restriction of processing in certain cases, object to certain automated decisions, and withdraw consent for future processing.
11. Cookies and Tracking
We use essential technical storage for core site functionality (for example package calculator state, and booking/recommendation draft state in your browser). Any optional analytics or measurement tools are configured to minimize data collection and are used only for service improvement.
12. Policy Updates
We may update this policy as services or legal requirements evolve. The latest effective date appears at the top of this page.
