1. Services
assistants.ae provides implementation services for OpenClaw-based assistant setups, role and workflow configuration, integration work, testing, and support services as described in your selected package.
Unless explicitly stated in writing, package pricing covers service work only and does not include hardware, software licenses, API usage, telecom, or third-party vendor charges.
2. Scope and Change Control
Each package has a defined scope. Requests outside scope are treated as add-ons or a new statement of work. We will confirm scope impact and pricing before proceeding.
3. Access, Approvals, and Dependencies
Delivery depends on timely access to systems, credentials, stakeholders, and approvals. You remain responsible for your platform accounts and for approving workflows, permissions, and production changes. Third-party outages or policy changes may affect delivery.
4. Delivery Timelines
Published timelines are estimates based on typical implementation conditions. Actual delivery depends on required access and approvals being ready, stakeholder response time, and third-party system constraints.
5. Included Launch Care and Optional Managed Care
Every package includes a 14-day launch care window beginning at go-live. This period covers stabilization fixes and reasonable adjustments directly tied to the delivered scope.
Managed Care is an optional monthly subscription for ongoing updates, fixes, and support. When Managed Care is selected during booking, billing starts after the 14-day trial period and renews monthly until canceled, based on the agreed service terms.
6. Client Responsibilities
- Provide timely access to required systems, accounts, and stakeholders.
- Maintain legal rights to use and connect selected platforms.
- Review and approve workflows, permissions, and production changes.
- Rotate credentials and maintain account security after handover.
- Ensure content and data you provide is lawful and authorized.
7. Acceptable Use
You may not use the delivered setup for unlawful activity, abuse, spam, harassment, or actions that violate platform terms. We may refuse or suspend work that creates legal, security, or policy risk.
8. Data Protection and Confidentiality
We apply guardrails such as least-privilege permissions, approval paths, and auditability where supported. We treat client information as confidential and use it only to deliver the agreed services. You authorize us to access and process data necessary to perform the work.
9. Third-Party Services
Integrations may be subject to third-party terms and availability. You are responsible for your subscriptions, platform access, and compliance with third-party requirements. We are not responsible for third-party service outages or changes.
10. Payment Terms
Fees are due as agreed on invoice or service terms. Setup fees (and optional hardware, if selected) are billed based on the agreed onboarding and payment method. Late payments may pause delivery or support until balances are settled. Except where required by law, paid implementation work is non-refundable once delivery has begun.
11. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your internal data and proprietary process content. We retain ownership of pre-existing materials, frameworks, and generic methods used to deliver services.
12. Warranties and Liability
Services are provided on a commercially reasonable basis. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, revenue increases, or exact ROI. To the maximum extent permitted by law, liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant service period.
13. Termination
Either party may terminate ongoing services with written notice, subject to any active billing period terms. Fees for completed work and committed periods remain payable.
