How to get set up

Before we start

Create your Telegram bot
We walk you through creating a bot via @BotFather. You choose the name and username - you retain full ownership of the bot and its token.
Configure bot commands
Define the commands your bot responds to - /help, /status, /book, /support, or any custom commands relevant to your workflow.
Set up channel/group connections
Add the bot to your channels or groups. Configure which messages it responds to and which it monitors silently.
Define notification triggers
Choose which events from other tools (email, calendar, CRM) push notifications to Telegram and to which chats.
Test all interaction paths
Run through every command, notification type, and conversation flow. Verify the bot responds correctly in both DMs and groups.

Yes. We configure the agent with a Telegram Bot Token that you create via BotFather. You retain full ownership of the bot.
